Before the name, read the numbers.
A number without context tells you nothing.
Powdered plant, extract or total capsule content? Look at the amount per daily dose, the type of extract and the other ingredients.
The number almost nobody looks at.
It shows the concentration of a characteristic substance in the extract. In EquiSleep we use Lemon balm standardised to 4% rosmarinic acid: 4 mg per 100 mg of extract. A useful figure, but on its own it doesn't prove effectiveness.
They're not the enemy. But they need a reason.
They help make the product consistent and stable. The right question is which ones, why and how much.
An obligation, not a medal.
Notification to the Ministry of Health is mandatory to sell a supplement in Italy. It is neither a quality certification nor proof of effectiveness.
Natural is a word. Quality has to be proven.
A little green leaf on the box isn't enough. What counts is where the raw materials come from, the amounts, the forms of the ingredients and the testing.

How does the refund work?
Your programme starts on the day you receive your order and lasts 30 days for each pack purchased. From the end of the programme you have 30 days to request a refund: one email is enough. We refund within 15 days and you don't have to send back empty packs.
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is always free, with no minimum order. For Italy we ship from our Como logistics hub, usually within 24/48 working hours.
What does the personal advisor do?
After your purchase you receive a message with her number. If you have a question about the product or how to take it, write to her whenever you like. We won't call you to sell you anything else.
How long before I can judge the product?
Supplements work gradually and timing varies from person to person. That's why we recommend a programme of at least 3 months, and the guarantee starts right at the end of the programme.
Can I take them if I'm on medication?
If you're undergoing treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor first. Your advisor can give you all the information on the composition to show them.
Who makes your supplements?
We manufacture with Abros, following raw-material selection criteria we define ourselves. Every dose is packed in a blister.
A product is out of stock: what happens?
