Why we exist

The world didn't need another supplement brand. It needed a different way of selling them.

1From the inside

We knew this world from the inside.

Before founding EquilibrioVita, we worked for several Italian natural supplement companies. Each of us from a different angle: sales strategy and people management, production, customer service, direct and online sales.

We saw the whole journey: from what happens behind a pack to the relationship with the people who choose to buy it. At first we were enthusiastic. We loved the world of natural supplements, and we still do.

2The questions

Then certain choices stopped representing us.

Over time, we started asking ourselves questions that were harder and harder to ignore.

  • An unavailable product swapped for another, just so as not to lose the order.
  • Pushy sales calls, even when nobody had asked for them.
  • Refund promises that were simple on paper and complicated in practice.
  • Unanswered questions about raw materials, quantities and ingredients.

We didn't want selling to become more important than listening. Or a nice label to take the place of answers.

3Enough

We're staying in the world of natural supplements. But not like this.

4The choice

We built the company we would have wanted to buy from.

We started from scratch: we selected producers and raw materials by looking at specialised companies in several European countries. Pharmacists and professionals with technical expertise work on the project.

For us, expertise isn't a face in an advert. It plays a concrete role in the work behind every formula and in the way we explain it to you.
