No. It's a food supplement made with plant extracts: it supports relaxation, it doesn't sedate.
Can I replace my medication with EquiRelax?
No. It does not replace psychiatric or anti-anxiety medication: any change to a treatment must be discussed with your doctor only.

When will I notice the first effects?
